Best links of the week
1. Heat - Beyonce: The steamy new ad for Beyonce's new fragrance, which the pop star called "sensual". That's one word for it, but Jay-Z probably has another.
2. Mel Gibson outburst: The Aussie actor is at it again, calling a TV reporter an "asshole" when he dared mention the words "alcoholism" and "anti-Semitic rant".
3. Open Your Heart - Mai Doi: Another colourful and trippy new video from the master of the surreal, Michael Gondry.
4. Trailer: Wall Street - Money Never Sleeps: Gorden Gekko returns with Shia LaBeouf in tow in the first trailer for Oliver Stone's follow-up to the 1987 original. Doesn't Michael Douglas look old? Due out April 22.
5. New Mint Chicks EP: This is where you want to be on February 18 when the new Mint Chicks EP is released, digitally only.
6. Bank worker ogles Miranda Kerr: Admit it, you looked at those Miranda Kerr photos at work yourself. Probably not while you were being filmed live on TV though.
7. Leaked Superbowl ad: For Bud light, with naked dudes.
8. 'That's what she said' origins: Where the phrase, "That's what she said" - as heard on the US version of The Office - first came from. Careful, there are swear words here.
9. Trailer: The Prophet: A French prison drama you should probably take notice of that's due out sometime later this year.
10. No One Loves Me and Neither Do I - Them Crooked Vultures: Relive the magic from the Vultures' awesome Auckland show on Saturday. Come back soon please, lads.

Hmmm guess you just 'had to be there' for Them Crooked Vultures. They sound like crap to me. Glad I changed my mind about going.
'That's what she said' origins is brilliant - Megan Mulally rocks.
Loved the Mel interview. Would have done the same!
And I had a real giggle at the reaction of the guy behind Mai Doi at the very end of the clip.(bottom right) All that turning obviously didn't do him any good!
And I'm sorry, I'm not trying to ruin this blog with a political message, but if you can be bothered to watch a 20min video Sir Ken Robinson's talk about education is really worth a look, especially with what's going on at the moment.(And I again apologise for mentioning the 'NS' arguement here)
@ Cohen... can't really judge a gig on that.. It was an amazing show.

Am I the only one who finds it really hard to reconcile the Mad Max / Lethal Weapon era Mel Gibson with the current one? I'm not sure they even look the same.....maybe he quietly employed a body double back in the 90's and became a recluse or something.
