blog1. Trailer: Tron: Legacy: This is the first of many trailers for upcoming films that screened at Comic Con that you're going to be hit over the head with today. Get ready for your second high-tech cyborg adventure of a lifetime on December 16.

2. Trailer: Thor: It's five minutes long. That's a lot of Thor. And Natalie Portman. And Anthony Hopkins. Actually, this trailer couldn't be any cooler unless it had ninjas. Maybe it does...

3. Trailer: Dexter - Season five: If you haven't yet seen season four, don't watch this as it's full of spoilers. But it's no surprise that Dexter appears to be in a lot of trouble.

4. Superhuman - King Kapisi: King Kaps teams up with Kiwi rockers The Mint Chicks for his brand new single. It's an odd mix with occasional AutoTune, but I like it.

5. Crossfire - Brandan Flowers: Charlize Theron takes on a pack of ninjas in this new clip from The Killers front man. What else do you need to know?

6. The Fire - The Roots: A grubby war-themed video accompanies the best track on The Roots' awesome new album. Heck, they should have turned this into The Pacific. How much did that series suck?

7. Trailer: Resident Evil: Afterlife: Milla Jovavich still has a zombie problem on her hands. Can't scientists devlop some kind of zombie spray, like fly spray? It might solve her infestation issues. This also stars Heroes' Ali Larter and is due out on December 2.

8. Trailer: Pirates of the Caribbean 4: On Stranger Tides: Captain Jack Sparrow is still drunk, and he's going in search of something called the Fountain of Youth. Sounds suspiciously like the Holy Grail to me.

9. Trailer: Sucker Punch: The guy from Watchmen, Zack Snyder, has made a film about hot girls breaking out of some sort of weird prison. Disney chick Vanessa Hudgens is in it, but don't let that put you off. This is due out March 24.

10. If You Return - Maximum Balloon: The second single from Dave Sitek's solo debut has hip-hop grooves, swirly snths and the soothing vocals of Little Dragon's Yukimi Nagano. It sounds like summer to me.

11. Finally - Skream: Dubstep maestro teams up with La Roux for an original track after his near-perfect remix of In For the Kill. If you like that, also check out Listen' to the Records on My Wall, both from the album The Box, due out August 9.

12. Trailer: RED: It's about a group of retired hitmen, and it's starting to look surprisingly good, especially with the ridiculously anti-aging Helen Mirren and weirdo John Malkovich.

13. Bill Murray's dumpster dive: Don't hurt yourself, Bill - we need you intact for Ghostbusters 3.

14. Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz race on Top Gear: They're on a highway to the danger zone.

15. Slow Motion - Panda Bear: Animal Collective dude goes solo, with awesome results. Slow Motion is the soundtrack to the awesomest hip-hop film never made. And it was a B-side.

16. Regrettable tattoos: The Huffington Post has compiled what is says are the 19 most regrettable pop culture tattoos it can find. Anyone else regretting that full back KoRn logo tattoo?

17. Trailer: Devil: Look out, is another film from M Night Shymalan. But this could be good. You certainly won't be going near an elevator again after watching this.

18. Violins and Violence - Knives at Noon: Spaced out new video from bright-eyed Dunedin hopes Knives at Noon. An impressive follow-up to Licking Plastic.

19. Trailer: Let Me In: American remake of the awesome creepy Swedish original. They're going to butcher it surely ... oh yep, they did.

20. Trailer: Somewhere: Sofia Coppola's new film, sountracked by Julian Casablancas. It's a nice fit, but as to what the film's about - that's anyone's guess.

21: Between Two Ferns: Steve Carell is a big meanie - he made Zack Galafianakis cry.

22. Jemaine Clement is Kieran Vollard: Eww, he's seedy.

Whew. If that's not enough for ya, then post your own links below.

"How much did that series suck?"

It didn't suck at all, but thanks for asking.

I know its only opinion and all, but I'd love to know why a reasonably accurate and faithful depiction of real events sucks. If you thought 'The Pacific' sucked I don't think you got it.

Seriously Paul? The Pacific did suck. Possibly just in comparison to Band of Brothers, but I struggled through the first half of the series waiting for it to kick in, then the second half just drifted past without ever really grabbing me. Waste of time.

Sweet...after seeing the trailer for Thor it looks like I won't have to go and see the movie itself.

I already know the entire plot after those 5 minutes.
