A flashmob of mums, dads and their babies, lead by television personality Jaquie Brown, will take over Auckland's Britomart station tomorrow morning in an attempt to get support for extended parental leave.
The group, who will wear T-shirts emblazoned with the words "Get on Board" plan to meet at 10am and ride the train to Newmarket "with babies, balloons and flyers galore" organisers say.
The flashmob is part of a campaign calling for paid parental leave to be extended from 14 to 26 weeks.
Labour MP Sue Moroney has a bill before Parliament that would extend government-funded paid parental leave.
