An Auckland house was gutted during a suspected arson this morning.
The property in Ngatira Pl, Clendon Park, was "well involved" when firefighters were called there about 4.07am, a fire service spokeswoman said.
Two fire crews attended the blaze and left around 5.40am.
A fire investigator was this morning examining the charred remains of the house to determine how the fire started.
The spokeswoman said the fire was thought to be suspicious.
No-one was injured in the blaze.
