One person has been taken to Auckland City Hospital after suffering smoke inhalation in a Greenlane house fire.
Emergency services were called to the Konini Rd home around 2.20am this morning where the fire was "well-involved".
It is believed here was only one occupant in the house at the time.
"The house wasn't completely destroyed, but there is significant damage," said Tania Matthews, fire communications spokeswoman.
It's not yet clear whether the fire is suspicious, but fire investigators are at the scene to determine the cause of the blaze.
