Soccer fans could win the trip of a lifetime to South Africa during the Fifa World Cup at a charity auction.
The trip is one of the items going under the hammer at the Ronald McDonald House Charities Red Shoe Charity Ball.
The ball will be held on Monday at the Hyatt Regency in the city, with all funds raised going to New Zealand's three Ronald McDonald Houses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
The night includes entertainment from the Auckland Youth Choir and singer Lisa Crawley, as well as auction items including art by renowned artist Geoff Williams. Tickets for the ball are $185 or $160 per ticket when a table of 10 is booked.
