The Pt Chevalier Hospice Shop is making Queen’s Birthday weekend a royal occasion.
Manager Helen Brabazon has been collecting items related to the royal family for the last few months to decorate the shop’s window.
The most unusual item donated was a set of crockery made when Queen Elizabeth visited New Zealand and patterned with Albert Park’s floral clock.
The shop raises money for Mercy Hospice, which needs $2 million a year to provide free services for the terminally ill.
The Pt Chevalier Hospice Shop is open today until 4.30pm and tomorrow from 10am to 2pm.
