The Institute of Sathya Sai Education New Zealand is holding a talk this month by a leading Greek academic.
The subject of Vassiliki Stephanides’ talk will be the relevance of human values in modern education systems.
Ms Stephanides, who holds a master’s degree from the University of Arkansas, has undertaken research at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
She is a senior professor in the School of Business, American College of Greece, in Athens.
She is also one of the leading practitioners of values education in Europe, the institute says.
The free talk will run from 7.30pm to 9pm on November 10 at the Red Lecture Hall, Unitec, 139 Carrington Rd, Mt Albert. Entry is from gate three.
