Have you seen Xena?

FURRY FRIEND: Xena the cat is well-loved by her owner but enjoys spending her days at St Heliers Library.

If you live in St Heliers, keep your eyes peeled for a large ginger and black moggy.

Xena, the 16-year-old cat who treats the St Heliers Library as her second home, is missing.

She's become quite a character in the village and is well-known to library users.

Xena often spends most of the day at the library and often sleeps in the librarians' workroom.

She has been the subject of many a children's art competition over the years.

Her owner, Therese Hope, says Xena was last seen outside the library on October 25 at 9.30pm.

If you have any information, please phone the library or Therese Hope on 022 649 2857.
