It was a beautiful evening for the St Heliers Community Carols on the Green concert at the weekend.

Held on Vellenoweth Green on Tamaki Drive, the event attracted a large crowd and featured performances by local school groups.

The audience joined in the carol singing, which was led by a combined choir and local board members.
Of course Santa made an appearance too.

Free Christmas events continue in St Heliers village throughout the month. Santa will be outside the library on December 15 at 10:30am and there will be free face painting on December 22 at 10:30am.
