Eastern ward councillors will discuss one-on-one with residents on Friday about Auckland Council's spending and revenue collection.
Dick Quax and Sharon Stewart will be available to talk about the draft annual plan 2013/2014 in the meeting room next to the Pakuranga Library from 10am to 2pm.
The draft plan includes increases in rates, dog fees, food premise inspection charges and the cost of staying in regional parks.
It includes changes to the cost of swimming pool fence inspection, boat mooring charges and hairdressing licensing fees.
It proposes saving money by not mowing berms across the city and stopping free downloads at libraries.
It also covers selling land to contribute to stage two of the TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre (Wero).
Submissions to the plan can be made to Auckland Council before February 25.
