MISSING: Police hold grave concerns for Kaikohe teenager Tania Patricia McQuade.

Police are worried for the safety of a missing Kaikohe 16-year-old who is known to frequent Otara and Otahuhu.

Cook Island teenager Tania Patricia McQuade has been missing for more than a month and was last seen at her home on Taraire St in Kaikohe on June 17.

Tania, who also goes by the names Tasha and Margaret, is about 1.72 metres tall and of skinny build. She has shoulder length ginger hair and a large mole on the left of her chin.

Police hold grave concerns for her safety and anyone with information can call sergeant Rob Cabusao directly on 259-0711.
