Entries coming in for annual event

Entries are steadily coming in but there is still room for more floats at the Helensville Christmas parade on December 5.

The traditional event starts this year at a new time of noon featuring popular groups like the Hibiscus Pipe Band and the Korean Drummers.

Thanks to Abbey Press, Helensville Lions, the Lions Foundation, Oikoumene Forest, Parakai Springs and Sellars & Co, the parade is going ahead.

Photos with Santa will be taken in the RSA hall from 9.30am to 11.30am.
