The big man in red sledges into Auckland in five weeks time for the annual Farmers Santa Parade.
The Sunday procession begins on the corner of Cook St and Mayoral Drive on November 24 at 2pm for its 79th year in the city.
The parade takes a left into Queen St, down the hill and left again into Customs St West, then up Albert St to the corner of Wellesley St, where it finishes.
It reflects Auckland's huge cultural diversity, featuring colourful grand floats, lively marching bands, character balloons, and an obligatory appearance by Santa Claus.
There's early entertainment, product sampling and giveaways at 1pm ahead of the parade as well as Santa's Party, held in Aotea Square from 3.15pm till 5.30pm.
A rain date for all the entertainment has been set for December 1.
