Stuck in a dispute and don't know what to do? Citizens Advice Bureau North Shore wants to help.
This week is the long-standing organisation's awareness week, focusing on those who need help resolving conflicts.
"We frequently see clients who are stuck in a dispute and aren't sure what to do next," co-ordinator Janet Johnson says.
Common disputes the bureau deals with include neighbourhood issues, retailers, between flatmates, tenants, landlords, banks, private companies and government departments.
The bureau is an independent community organisation which offers free confidential and independent services and assistance from five North Shore branches.
"For this awareness week we are focusing on how people can complain effectively and understand their options if their complaint doesn't get addressed," Ms Johnson says.
