English rugby team enjoy meal on Waiheke Island
There was no sign of the Barmy Army on Waiheke Island in Auckland today as England's rugby team relaxed in the sun before Saturday's test series opener at Eden Park.
About half the squad made the trip for an informal lunch at Fourth Avenue Bar & Eatery at Onetangi Beach, before going for a dip in the sea.
There were no visits to vineyards as they are in training.
The series includes two more games against the All Blacks - at Forsyth Barr Stadium on June 14 and at Waikato Stadium on June 21.
They will play the Crusaders in Christchurch on June 17.
