A human-size bird has been removed from its Titirangi location and artist Delicia Sampero would like it returned.
The orange bird was taken from outside 2 Kohu Rd, at the Titirangi roundabout, around 6pm last Friday.
It is one of several in the village as part of Ms Sampero's Conference of the Birds exhibition, Western Leader, March 18.
"Please bring him back to his bird family," she says.
"He is important for the installation.
"Please drop him off somewhere safe in the Titirangi area, where he can be found easily."
The Laingholm artist is offering a reward for the bird's safe return.
Please contact Delicia on 022 1698 426 if you have any information.
