Yoga flashmob to hit the city
Get your stretchy pants and sweatbands ready - a yoga flashmob will be swooping in on Aotea Square at lunch time tomorrow.
Under the guidance of renowned instructor Mande White, 40 or so yoga enthusiasts will take over the square for a 30-minute open air class.
The flashmob is to highlight the upcoming Healthy Living Show from November 2 to 4 at the Viaduct Events Centre.
Members of the public keen for an afternoon of bend and stretch can join the fun from 12.30pm.
And if yoga isn’t your thing, you might like to stick around for the entertainment.
An attention-grabbing dance scene is in the pipeline, but curious punters will have to wait to find out exactly what is in store.
The Healthy Living Show is a three-day health and wellbeing expo with 100 local and international exhibitors.
Canadian Bob Proctor, author of You Were Born Rich, who specialises in the law of attraction, is among speakers.
