One Direction will reportedly perform at Sunday night's Olympic Games Closing Ceremony.

Harry, Zayn, Liam, Niall and Louis will apparently be given their own moving island for a five-minute segment.

Britain's The Sun newspaper claims that the quintet will perform What Makes You Beautiful from the back of a carnival type flat-bed truck that will go around the athletics track at the London stadium.

"It's all hush-hush and the boys have been sworn to secrecy," a source told the publication.

"But they've been at rehearsals and can't wait to do their bit. It will be an unforgettable occasion and they feel privileged to be a part of it."

The Pet Shop Boys, Madness, George Michael, The Who and the Spice Girls are all said to be on the bill.

Victoria Beckham and the other members of the girl band have apparently been rehearsing for eight hours a day for the past eight days and their set is said to be "absolutely ingenious."
