A good lineup of quality mixed-age breeding sheep was offered to buyers at the combined Perendale Society and Coalgate Ewe Fair.

Buyers from as far afield as the Marlborough Sounds attended the sale, with the best of the older summer-shorn ewes from Snowdon Station making $120, and two-tooths from the Elliot family making $134.
