NZX Regulation says it found no rule breach during its investigation into a complaint received over Abano Healthcare's compliance with NZX listing rules.

The complaint was about Abano's 2012 annual meeting and whether the company complied with a rule requiring at least one-third of the directors to retire at each annual meeting. It also covered a report by Grant Samuel released to the market by Abano before the 2013 annual meeting.

Abano is embroiled in shareholder and legal battles areound takeover offers and employment disputes.
