Beer-maker DB Breweries has found its replacement for long-serving managing director Brian Blake in the UK.

Andy Routley has a background in sales and marketing in the UK, Europe and Australia, and has worked in global businesses including Unilever and SAB Miller, where he was global brand marketing director for Miller Beer for four years.

His most recent position was UK managing director of the US publicly listed home and personal care company, Church and Dwight.

Blake announced in November he was stepping down after 20 years at the helm.

Routley will take up the managing director role in March and is bringing his family to New Zealand.ole taking place in March.

DB brands include Monteith's, Tui and Export. DB is owned by Asia Pacific Breweries which is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
