Struggling clothing retailer Postie Plus is under threat of suspension by the NZX for not filing its half-year results in time.

NZX issued the late-filing notice today and said Postie's report for the six months to the end of January was due yesterday.

Postie had another five business days to comply with the listing rules over filing of financial results.

If it did not comply by next Tuesday, its shares would be suspended from trading, NZX said.

Postie's shares were trading at 11.5 cents today, up half a cent.

Postie said yesterday that it expected to lodge the half-year results by next Tuesday.
