Trading halt on AMP Investments World Index Fund

NZX Regulation said today it has placed a trading halt on AMP Investments' World Index Fund securities.
The trading halt was placed at the company's request, pending the release of a "material announcement".
The passively managed fund yesterday had 328 million units on issue at a net asset value of about $1.11. Their value has ranged from 96c to $1.13 this year.
