Diligent sales revenue up 66pc
Diligent Board Member Services lifted net sales revenue to $US1.16 million ($NZ1.86 million) for the half year to the end of June, up 66 percent from a year earlier.
Annualised licence fees increased $US465,000 in the second quarter of 2009, compared to an increase of $US490,000 in the second quarter of 2008.
During the second quarter, 20 new agreements for Boardbook licences were added, the company said today.
Total annualised licence fees were $US4.9m at the end of June, up 70 percent from $US2.9m a year earlier.
The company produces Diligent Boardbooks, a web-based system to simplify board meeting materials.
Diligent said that while the global economic climate continued to be challenging, interest in Boardbooks remained strong.
The sales pipeline was growing, and a significant number of discussions with prospective clients were well developed.
The number of registered users of the Boardbooks products and services was now above 5600.
In the last four quarters more than $US2m of revenue was added, Diligent said.
