Life Pharmacy reports interim loss
Life Pharmacy, New Zealand's only listed retail pharmacy group, reported a $415,000 loss in the six months to September 30.
The loss was an improvement from the $449,000 loss reported in the same period last year.
Revenue rose 13 percent to $3.37 million. No dividend was declared.
The company said the outlook for Christmas trading was challenging.
The company has 39 retail outlets operating throughout New Zealand, including 26 Life Pharmacy Branded stores, two Life Outlet stores and 11 pharmacies branded Care Chemist.
