Two directors and three South Canterbury Finance employees facing charges brought by the Serious Fraud Office were today remanded until November 5 for a post committal conference.

The matter had been scheduled to be held in Christchurch Chambers tomorrow for the defendants, former chief financial officer Graeme Brown, former company accountant Terry Hutton, former chief executive Lachie McLeod, and former directors Edward Sullivan and Robert White.

This is the second delay after more time was requested for the formal written statements for be filed before the original post-committal hearing which was set down for May 28.
