The Better Drinks Co has partnered with Ti Tonics.

Better Drinks, formerly NZX-listed Charlie's, had secured the exclusive distribution rights for Ti Tonics, which was started by Tracey King in 2010.

The Auckland-based beverage company changed its name from Charlie's last year after it was bought by Japanese company Asahi in 2011.

The company now includes the brands Charlie's, Phoenix, Real Iced Tea Co, Sunkist and Ti Tonics.

Chief executive Craig Cotton said the company had joined with King to grow the Ti Tonics brand, building on its existing sales, marketing and distribution capabilities. The new products would be incorporated into Better Drinks Co's distribution network early next month, Cotton said.
