A 60-year-old woman who went missing in Kapiti yesterday has still not been found this morning.
Police have concerns for the welfare of Robyn Wilson, who has a medical condition.
Just after 4pm yesterday, Wilson left her Rifleman Lane, Paraparaumu home to go on a casual walk.
She had not returned or made contact with her family.
Searches were carried out by police and Search and Rescue volunteers overnight and were planned to continue this morning.
Police are asking people in the area to check their properties, sheds, crawl spaces and waterways for her.
Wilson is caucasian, 170cm tall, of slim build and has short dark red hair. She was not believed to be carrying anything.
She may have become confused about her whereabouts, police said.
