'Nude food' advocate Nadia Lim has gone from strength to strength since she won Masterchef in 2011. Lim's book, Nadia's Kitchen, celebrates the joys of seasonal eating - and the former dietician walks the talk at home too, as her the contents of her fridge show.
WHAT FIVE THINGS ARE ALWAYS IN YOUR FRIDGE?
1. A range of dairy products - crème fraiche, mascarpone, Greek yoghurt etc.
2. Cold smoked salmon - for brunch on the weekends.
3. My homemade herb oil - fresh, zesty and oh-so versatile.
4. My homemade kasundi (a spiced tomato chutney, useful for jazzing up all meat dishes).
DO YOU HAVE A STANDBY, NEVER-FAIL RECIPE THAT USES ALL OR SOME OF THESE INGREDIENTS?
If I want a nourishing delicious meal in under 10 minutes, I turn to crushed potato with wilted spinach, topped with a poached egg, smoked salmon and a herb mayonnaise (my herb oil mixed with mayo) - so yes, it does use most of the stand-by fridge ingredients
WHAT'S THE MOST EXOTIC THING IN YOUR FRIDGE?
Mint, feta and dill yoghurt dip - a new recipe of mine. I'm addicted to this stuff at the moment, I find an excuse to put it on anything!
WHAT DO YOU NEVER STORE IN THE FRIDGE?
Eggs and tomatoes.

A secret passage back to the hawker food stalls of Malaysia - I lived there for several years and miss the food terribly!
