OPINION: What a foolish and misinformed commentary by Joe Bennett on Iraq. Does he really think it was right to illegally invade a country, kill over a million civilians, and leave deleted uranium everywhere, for the sake of toppling one man?

For his information, Saddam Hussein, under 10 years of unbelievably crippling sanctions by the West, still managed to provide the best healthcare and education in the entire Middle East and the best women's rights.

Sunnis and Shia were friendly neighbours, unlike now, after George W Bush and Tony Blair provoked such a ghastly civil war that they are now barricaded into their own neighbourhoods.
