Cougar Town star Courteney Cox has nabbed the sought after cover spot on TV Guide's Hot List edition.

Cox attended a star-studded party celebrating the launch of TV Guide's annual Hot List magazine wearing what some onlookers described as a "dowdy" grey overcoat.

She was named a "Hot Mama" in the Hot List, which goes on sale this week in America.

The former Friends star told Entertainment Tonight she liked her photo spread.

"I like it. I think it's great ... I haven't seen the actual one, but I saw a Xerox of it and it looked good."

Other stars to attend the party included Adam Lambert, Selena Gomez and Julie Benz.

Those people in the photos are only attendee's of the event. But it's not how HOT they look, but how hot they are and their star/pulling power on television.
