Two crashes this evening caused delays on State Highways 1 and 2.
A nose-to-tail crash was reported about 6.05pm on State Highway 2 just north of the Ngauranga Interchange.
Inspector Peter Stokes said no one was injured in the crash, but the road was reduced to one lane.
A second crash was reported near Kaiwharawhara about 6:51pm, which involved two cars.
Police said it was believed to have been caused by a mattress on the motorway.
No injuries had been reported, but motorists were advised to expect delays in both directions.
