Haywards Hill Rd reopens after crash

The Haywards Hill Road has re-opened after it was closed by a two-car crash this evening.

Police central communications Inspector Ken Climo said the crash, on the Pauatahanui side of the hill shortly before 5.30pm, resulted in minor injuries to the drivers of both cars.

Circumstances of the crash were not yet known.

The road was closed after the accident but re-opened in both directions by 7.30pm
