The skies will clear for the end of 2013.

While some rain was possible today - including possible thunder in Wairarapa and Kapiti - a week marked by rain would disappear tomorrow.

''Believe it or not, we have a better, dryer looking day.''MetService is forecasting a 20degC day in Wellington tomorrow, 22C in Masterton, 26C in Hastings, 21C in Taupo and Whanganui, and 20C Palmerston North.
