Charlotte and Oliver were the most common names for newborn babies in 2013, statistics released today show.

The Department of Internal Affairs released the top 10 girls and boys names for the last year today.

Charlotte has come from fourth place in 2012 to be the most popular girls' name, reclaiming the title it last held in 2006, while Oliver has swapped places with Jack in the last year to take the boys' top spot.

The DIA took the numbers from the registered births in 2013.

Do you have faith in police solving burglaries?

Yes - there's no faulting their commitment.

Mostly, but they are under-resourced.

Sort of - depends on when and where.

Not really - clearly a low priority for them.

Absolutely not.

Not sure - luckily I've never been burgled.
