One of the men charged after a drug lab was found in a central Wellington apartment has withdrawn an application for bail.
Kien Trung Dao, 22 has not yet pleaded to two charges of possessing methamphetamine for supply.
Dao had been expected to ask for bail today, but after discussions between his lawyer Chris Tennet and Wellington District Court judge Peter Hobbs the application did not go ahead.
He was remanded in custody until next week.
Dao was charged after police raided a Chews Lane apartment and unexpected found a P lab. Occupants of the apartment building and near by buildings were evacuated while the police cleared the scene.
