An alleged Upper Hutt Facebook predator has reappeared in court today after further victims came forward to police.
Brandyn Alan Stewart, 21, was arrested at work after the families of two girls complained about messages they received on the social networking site.
Stewart allegedly set up a profile under the name "Nick Davis" and blackmailed an 11 year-old into sending indecent photos of herself, and "groomed" another 11 year-old to perform a sexual act on him.
He appeared in the Hutt Valley District Court again this morning facing three further charges of blackmail, one charge of contract for sex with a person under 18 and two charges of attempting to contract for sex with a person under 18. He was remanded till next month.
Detective Sergeant Christiaan Barnard said five additional victims aged between 14 and 16 years old had made statements to police.
"We believe there may still be other victims who have been in contact with Stewart.
"In addition to the original profile used of "Nick Davis", we have found two others which are "Cee Jay" and "Cam Jackson". Both profiles were used late last year and earlier this year."
If anyone had concerns or information, they should contact police on (04) 560 2600 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
