Traffic is being slowed on the Paekakariki Hill Rd in Kapiti this afternoon following a slip.

One lane is blocked, 200 metres up the hill on the Paekakariki side. 

Contractors are letting traffic through on an alternating basis, and the road should be fully open by 4pm, Kapiti Coast District Council predicted.
