Police investigating the sudden death of a teenager at a house on the Kapiti Coast have referred the matter to the coroner.

Police were called to a Raumati South address at around 10.45am where a 19-year-old male was found dead in the bath.

There were no suspicious circumstances. His death has been referred to the Coroner.
