The Kapiti council's requested consultants report indicates that many hundreds of houses along the Kapiti Coast are in a zone that will cease to exist about mid-century due to the power of water.

It's going to be OK though because when John Key signs off water ownership to Maori, these new rich owners of water will be easily sued for damages.
