Horowhenua Grey Power committee needs to clarify its policy with regard to its president: does he represent the views of the organisation whenever he speaks, or not?

In his fortnightly column David Green simply stated his personal view on gay marriage. That he has been deemed worthy to write a column may indicate his opinions should at least be respected.

His past contribution to Grey Power should also perhaps command respect by them. Mr Green has been accused of discrimination; in my opinion the committee was guilty of discrimination against Mr Green when they ousted him as leader.
