Top water polo coach Jozsef Sike is desperate for the return of his computer, which was stolen from his Oxford Terrace, Lower Hutt, home this morning.

The electronic notebook contains irreplaceable coaching notes, overseas contacts, photos and travel documents for the New Zealand men's waterpolo team.

The notebook is useless to anyone who has it, as the language is Hungarian and it needs a special adaptor to work in New Zealand.

Mr Sike coaches at the Hutt Waterpolo Club and is the New Zealand senior men and junior men's teams.

As well as his training notes and programmes, it also has all the travel arrangements for the New Zealand team attending the World Championship in Barcelona.

A data stick, with the all information backed up, was also stolen.

The police have been contacted but Mr Sike says his only interest is in getting the notebook back.

■ The notebook can be dropped into the Hutt News on a no questions asked basis. If you have information contact Holona Lui on 0274 439 345.
