St Patrick's College's Polynesian group showed the audience how it's done at the Pacifically Wellington Cultural Festival on Wednesday, August 12.

''It's a secondary school's cultural festival,'' said co-ordinator Rebecca Toomaga.

''We had an expo during the day, with student groups coming in rehearsing for the night, and that evening we had 11 school Pacifica groups perform.''

They represented Samoa, Fiji, Rarotonga, Tonga and other Pacific nations. More than 3000 spectators and performers attended the event.
