This week we have an easy recipe for chocolate mousse, sent in by Mollie Gibbs-Harris.
300 ml cream
250 g Terry's Chocolate Orange or Dark Chocolate chopped
3 egg yolks
3 Tablespoons Cointreau
Bring the cream almost to the boil.
Put everything into a blender and run on high until smooth.
Pour into dessert cups.
Chill until set (overnight is best).
