New Zealand runner Nick Willis' return from injury stepped up a gear today when he won the 1500m at an international athletics meeting in Milan, Italy.
The 2008 Olympic Games silver medallist registered his first win, in his third race, since returning from a leg injury, pipping Spaniard Diego Ruiz and Bahrain's former world champion Yusuf Saad Kamel in a time of three minutes, 35.17 seconds.
