Team Wellington aim to take the calculators out of play at Porirua Park tomorrow.
Wellington meet Canterbury United in a final-round match that will determine the NZFC playoff mix.
A win will secure fourth-placed Wellington a semifinals berth, a draw leaves the door ajar for Otago, while a loss keeps Hawke's Bay and Manawatu afloat.
Wellington have a proud record against Canterbury, with five wins and two draws from their past seven encounters and United have never won in the capital.
But third-placed Canterbury are a different beast this season and boast the league's second-best defensive record with just 11 goals conceded from 12 games.
Elsewhere, Otago play Manawatu today, and tomorrow Hawke's Bay meet Auckland and leaders Waitakere host Waikato.
