The Central Pulse have been invited to the six-team World Premier Netball Club Challenge, in Scotland.

The West Coast Fever will be the other non-British side competing at the November 28 to December 2 tournament, which organisers are using to build the sport's profile ahead of the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games.

The Robyn Broughton-coached Pulse team will be made up of members of this year's squad, new signings for next year and up-and-coming players from the franchise region, general manager Kyla Lange said.

The trip will be part-funded by the hosts - Glasgow City Council, Glasgow Life and Netball Scotland - with the Pulse players having to pay the remainder.
