Before it is released on Friday, we're giving you the chance to listen to Shihad's highly anticipated album FVEY on Stuff.co.nz.

Recorded in December last year at Auckland's legendary York Street Studio with Killing Joke frontman, Jaz Coleman at the production helm, FVEY returns to the harder and heavier pace of earlier albums.

On Friday frontman Jon Toogood and bass player Karl Kippenberger will come to the Stuff office for a live chat at midday to answer all your question. Make sure to check in on your lunch break.

Shihad will play FVEY end-to-end at the start of a one-off album launch gig at Christchurch's CBS Arena on September 12.

Pre-order FVEY on iTunes here.

I love it. Lorde forever!

Ehh. It's OK. Royals is better.

I don't like it at all. Lorde is overrated.
