Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams are engaged.
The 24-year-old beauty was spotted wearing a diamond ring while grocery shopping in Los Angeles.
Her publicist has since confirmed Mandy and the 34-year alternative musician are engaged but refused to give further details about the proposal or future wedding.
The couple began dating last March but split in July because Ryan couldn't cope with Mandy's high-profile lifestyle.
He said at the time: "Mandy is one of those genuinely sweet angelic people you wish to meet your whole life.
"Unfortunately, I am allergic to paparazzi and have found the best antidote to that sort of nonsense is staying behind the guitar and typewriter."
It is unknown when the couple decided to reunite and get engaged.
Mandy has also been romantically linked to tennis player Andy Roddick, actors Zach Braff and Wilmer Valderrama and DJ AM.
Ryan - who recently supported Oasis on their North American tour - has dated Parker Posey and Winona Ryder.
